Step 1: Design We make it EASY!
Decide on the design of your custom coin.
What images and wording do you want to appear on the front and back of your coin? We make it easy and can translate even a rough, hand-drawn sketch into artwork for you to review. ARTWORK IS FREE! If you already have digital images of logos, crests or other items you want to include on you coin, you may email them to us with your contact information. service@emblems.org.
What colors to you want to appear on the front and back of the coin? Up to 4 colors are included in the base price of your coin. We match Pantone colors. In order to specify the colors you want to use on your coin, please select colors from the attached Pantone color chart. Please be advised that colors appear differently on different computer screens, so the color may be slightly different than what you see on the screen. If you have samples or swatches of color you would like to match, you can provide those and we will match them as closely as possible.
Step 2: You DECIDE! - Choose your custom coin options
After you have your design and colors selected, choose the options for your coin.
1) Metal plating is an option that will determine the finish and color of the base metal coin. Plating options include antique gold, antique nickel, antique bronze, antique brass, antique copper, shiny gold, shiny nickel and double plated (where 2 metals are used).
2) Edging is an option that will determine the look and feel of the edge of the coin. The options offered include standard edge, rope edge and wave cut edge.
3) Lettering and custom numbering is another option. This option allows you to select the lettering and numbering style on your coin, and if you need unique lettering or numbering on each of your coins, for example, sequentially numbering each of your coins, or putting a different persons name on each coin.
4) 2-D or 3-D options are available for each side of the coin. You can select if you would like one or both sides either 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional.
5) You may also select the type of packaging you would like for your coins. You have the option of a hard plastic coin case or a velvet drawstring pouch.

Our pricing page includes information to give you base pricing for 1-1/2”, 1-9/16”, 1-3/4", and 2” coins,
as well as the costs for any additional options you may select for your custom coin. If you

Step 4: Place your order!
Please call, fax, or complete the online order form to provide your contact information and custom coin order specifications. Please be sure to review this information carefully and ensure it contains the specifications you desire and require. Anything from a hand-drawn sketch to digital artwork of the coin design is acceptable.
